GENERAL:
- By placing an order through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) in relation to the sale and delivery of the products they purchase, as well as other current laws.
- Shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer, will be paid by the buyers.
- Each product purchased shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, as long as it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers can terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the order, along with any accompanying documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
- If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days after learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID: 7. If the buyer does not pay the price of the product purchased or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
TRANSACTIONS MADE WITH THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD: 8. If after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used for payment was unauthorizedly used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 3 days at the Seller's shipping expense.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS: 9. If unforeseen force majeure events occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer can request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be paid in cash to the buyer within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation, but it may take the bank 2-3 weeks to transfer it to the buyer's account.
THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT: 10. The buyer must inspect the product/service before taking delivery; they should not accept goods/services from the courier company if they are damaged, such as dented, broken, or with torn packaging. The goods/services received will be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to himself/herself or the person/organization at the indicated address, provided that the SELLER is notified through the following contact information.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 13. If the buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
- Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
- For the use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to make a written notification to the SELLER by registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days and that the product has not been used according to the provisions of the "Products that Cannot be Returned" in this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: 16. The invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER (If the product to be returned is billed to a company, it must be sent back with a return invoice issued by the company. Order returns made on behalf of companies cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
- The return form, the box of the products to be returned, the packaging, and if available, the standard accessories must be returned complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS: 18. The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and any documents that put the BUYER under obligation within 10 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to take back the goods within 20 days.
- If the value of the goods decreases due to a fault caused by the BUYER, or the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER proportionate to his/her fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products during the right of withdrawal period.
- If the amount of the discount obtained within the scope of a campaign organized by the SELLER falls below the campaign limit due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount will be canceled.
PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: 21. Goods that are prepared according to the BUYER's request or clearly personalized needs and which are not suitable for return, undergarments, swimwear bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods that are at risk of spoiling or are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products and cannot be separated due to their nature, excluding those provided within a subscription agreement, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording, and storage devices, computer supplies, if their packaging is opened by the BUYER, cannot be returned according to the Regulation. Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's approval before the end of the right of withdrawal period according to the Regulation.
- For the return of cosmetics and personal care products, undergarments, swimwear, books, software and programs that can be copied, DVD, VCD, CD, and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), they must be in their unopened packaging, untested, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT STATE AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES: 23. If the BUYER falls into default in the case of a payment transaction made with a credit card, he/she accepts, declares, and undertakes to pay interest and be responsible to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement made with the cardholder's bank. In this case, the related bank can take legal action; demand the costs and attorney's fees from the BUYER and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on his/her debt, the BUYER agrees to pay for the damages and losses suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
